What you have at home, counted. Your gels, your bars, your flasks, your head torch — and what you are missing for the next race, before the shop, not after.
The Cupboard lives inside the Cailloux app. You identify yourself with your first name, last name and PIN — the 6 digits your route planner gave you. No account, no password.
Your identification holds for 30 days: after that you land straight on your page, your cupboard on one side, your published races on the other. And if your PIN changes in Le Cairn, the old one stops working that very instant — even on a phone that stayed signed in.

Your favourite products, counted one by one — in servings for drinks. One tap on a product and you take one: the count goes down, and the intake is recorded.
A threshold for each product: below it, the Cupboard warns you.
Restock: the tab where you note what you buy. You write the right count, not what you are adding — no more mental arithmetic on the way back from the shop.
“Drawer: you are short 4 × Lemon gel” — Le Cairn compares what is in your drawer with what your upcoming races need.
A long press on a product opens its sheet: quantity, context, how it went down. Nothing there is compulsory.
An intake tapped with no signal waits on your phone, and goes as soon as the signal is back.

Your own kit: category, name, weight, how many you have. No shared catalogue as for gels: it is your own list, which only your route planner finds when preparing your race.
Containers keep their type and capacity — and their name: a flask called “Salomon Soft 500” is called that in your checklist.
“I carry it on me”: your watch, your belt, your poles. They weigh something, but not in your pack — their weight stays shown separately.
What is put into a race, on the Le Cairn side, comes down into your drawer, and a weight corrected in the drawer goes back up into your races.

🏁 Get your race ready
The night before
As soon as one of your races is published, a tab in the food drawer tells you what to take out:
To take out of the drawer
Product
Status
8 × Lemon gel
✓ in the pack
5 × Powder serving
to take out
2 × Salt capsule
1 short
The stock goes down when you tick, not before. Unticking puts back exactly what had been taken.
If you are short, you are told, not stopped. Tick 5 gels when only 2 are left: 2 are taken out, and the line shows “3 short”. What is still to be taken out sits at the top of the list.

🏠 Back from the race
The day after
You get home, empty your pack on the table, and the Cupboard walks you through 3 screens:
What goes back in the drawer. The figure offered is what your ticks lead it to expect — correct it against what is actually in front of you.
The intakes you skipped. If more comes back than your ticks explain, it shows you the intakes it knows nothing about, and you tick the ones you did not take.
What you thought of it — 👍 👎 🤢, nothing compulsory. The next race will remember: the Pebble-Dropper will not serve you again what went down badly.
⚠️ This count is the one that counts. On the Le Cairn side, nothing is recounted any more — 2 places counting means 2 counts that drift apart. And the race cannot be archived until you have put things away.

👥 The shared cupboard
As a team
A couple, 2 friends, a team: if it is set up that way in Le Cairn, your food drawer is shared. One stock of gels to count instead of 2. It says so at the top of the drawer, so that a figure moving without you touching it does not read as a fault: the other one has eaten.
When you join, your stock is poured into the shared cupboard. When you leave it, you go with an empty drawer: the stock stays in the cupboard, it has not left the kitchen.
What stays yours alone: your kit, your ⭐ products, how things went down for you, and your PIN. You share a cupboard, not a stomach.
Giving kit to a teammate: on the sheet of a line in your kit drawer, the 🫱 Give button, with the number — all of it, or 2 of your 6 flasks. It leaves your drawer and arrives in theirs.
👥 Shared cupboard with Zoé Martin — this stock belongs to you both.

I do not have a PIN — where do I find one? Your route planner gives it to you. It is in Le Cairn, 🏃 Athletes tab, 🔑 PIN column — the same code as for following your races. And if you run alone, your route planner is you.
Who sees my Cupboard? You, and your route planner, who uses it to prepare your races. A teammate sharing the cupboard sees the shared stock — never your kit, never your food reactions. A professional with the nutrition part, to whom your route planner has opened your race, sees your favourites and your reactions, to write you a plan.
Giving kit with no signal? No: it needs a signal, and the screen says so. An intake, on the other hand, waits for the signal on its own.
